    it's a defective SIM card It won't work we've called Verizon and just get hung up on trying to figure out what is going on with this we cannot activate the phone

    basically straight talk
    no different than straight talk, same slow garbage data speed as straight talk and all the other prepaid plans. switched from straight talk because of the painfully slow data only to find out Verizon snubs their own prepaid customers the same way they do straight talk customers. good data speeds are reserved for post paid customers, prepaid get throttled on Verizon just like straight talk during peak hours. if you just need prepaid service taking and text is just as good as anyone else's, if you're trying to switch because you think it will have faster data than cricket or straight talk don't do it, you'll have the same speed. fortunately I'm always near wifi but wanted faster data when I wasn't, this will barely load apps it's so slow, you'll literally spend 5 minutes waiting to login to your banking app to check a balance, it's pathetic.

    impossible to transfer, I paid my $70 and 2 weeks later, no service. I followed the directions, called, emailed no one helped me.

    You likely don't need to purchase this item.
    I purchased this to install in the new phone on the same order. Turns out the phone won't work on the Verizon network. So, I have to return the phone and now I find out that this SIM kit is not returnable. That is salt in the wound, especially since you can go to the Verizon store and they will give you one at no charge.

    Beware - You can't return it if defective
    You do not have the option to return this item if it is defective like the one I just got. The one I got was already registered to someone else. I had to get a different one through Verizon, which worked immediately. Beware.
